Need to make a return or exchange for something you bought in our store? We’ve got you covered!

  • Returns & Exchanges: Head to any of our stores to return or exchange your in-store purchase.
  • Time Limit: Got buyer’s remorse? No worries! You have 10 days from your purchase date to exchange or return your item.
  • Condition: For a full refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and unworn or unaltered.
  • After 10 Days: If it’s been more than 10 days, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and you’ll receive store credit for the remaining balance.
  • Final Sale: Please note that wedding dresses and altered suits are final sale and cannot be returned.

Made a purchase online and need to return or exchange it? Here’s how!

Starting a Return or Exchange:

  • Time is of the Essence: Act fast! You have 48 hours from delivery to initiate a return or exchange by emailing [email protected].


  • We Wait for You: We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item back. Make sure it’s unworn, unaltered, and has all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping on You: You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.


  • Restocking Fee Applies: Please note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Time to Send Back: Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to send the item back.
  • Refunds Processed Quickly: As long as the item arrives in new condition with tags, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days.
